LOST IN LOS ANGELES is an intriguing new adult contemporary romance novel that gives us an insider's Los Angeles travel guide wrapped in a story of healing and hope, with an ending that you won't see coming.

Lost in Los Angeles is a difficult book for me to review. Not because
Lost in Los Angeles is a bad book, but because it just isn't the fast paced type of book I typically like. There's a lot of potential there but I there's something missing that I can't quite put my finger on.

The plot itself is an interesting storyline. I liked the idea of the story of a girl trying to pick up the pieces to her life after such traumatic events in her life. I liked the idea of her leaving her hometown to search for what she is missing. But the story itself kind of fell flat. I think part of it was the dialogue. Some of Erin and Ben's conversation were a bit awkward in my opinion. The things they would talk about and the things they would say just didn't seem like something that someone there age would say. Still, it was a quick read and was able to hold my attention.

I did enjoy Ben and Erin's relationship. It's great to see two damaged people come together and help one another get through their problems. The best part was the twist at the end. It completely caught me off guard!

Overall, Lost in Los Angeles in is an okay book. It wasn't exactly what I look for in a book but it was a quick read that I am sure others will enjoy..
