End of Year Wrap-Up

Goodbye, 2012!

Well guys,  we have officially reached the end of yet another year. **Sigh** It seems the older I get the more quickly the years fly by. In 2013, I'll be turning 25! Yes, 25!! Words cannot express how not looking forward to that I am!

However, I am very much looking forward to another year of blogging! This is my first official new year in blogging and I am so excited. I have lots of ideas to make my blog more fun and entertaining and I can't wait to get started! However, that is all for tomorrow's post. Today's post is all about this past year!

Favorite Books from 2012

*The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa
*The Selection by Kiera Cass
*Of Poseidon by Anna Banks
*Pandemonium by Lauren Oliver
*Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor
*Ten Things We Did by Sarah Mlynowski
*Mark of Athena by Rick Riordan
*Florence by Ciye Cho
*Why We Broke Up by Daniel Handler
*If I Die by Rachel Vincent

These are just the highlights! Of course, there were many other books that I enjoyed but I had to stop at some point!

Favorite Experiences from 2012

I had a lot of amazing experiences in 2012. I got to go to my first book convention which was AWESOME! I met some wonderful authors that were so kind and happy to speak to me and sign my books. I will admit I was a little nervous! I mean how could I not?

In 2012, I met Kiera  Cass, Richelle Mead (for the second time), Melissa Marr, Heather Brewer, Rick Riordan, Rachel Vincent, Rachel Caine, Stephanie Perkins, Anna Banks, Aprilynne Pike, Chloe Neill, and a whole bunch more!

Here's a few pictures from different events from 2012!

What I Learned from 2012

**Blogging is time consuming! Seriously! I never seem to be able to get ahead!

**I need to be more social in the blogging community! I feel like I don't interact with everyone enough!

**Don't accept too many review requests! I definitely was able to read some good books from review requests but I also didn't get to read some books I had been really excited about. Also, whenever I got behind it really stressed me out! I think I bit off more than I could chew a couple of times!
